Update from the Great American Outdoor Show
It’s Thursday and we’re looking forward to another great crowd at the show. As we saw yesterday, not even a lot of snow ice could keep the crowd away. We have met a lot of great people and vendors including Russ Adams of Public Land Junkies. We hope you visit his website, like him on Facebook, and follow him on Twitter as he travels the country promoting the use of public land in the USA.
Remember, you’ll need to taker your Hooker Deer Drag with you because you can’t use anything motorized on public ground.
About Public Land Junkies
MISSION STATEMENT: “Public Land Junkies promotes the use of public land across the United States for hunting whitetails and hiking great trails”
QUEST: PLJoutdoors believes that we the people have all we need for a good hunt or hike right at our finger tips. It is the degree of effort that we choose to put forth that delivers the results that we persue. The deeper you go, the more you’ll find. We strive to get the best out of what is rightfully and legally ours to use. “Public Land Junkies promotes the use of public land across The United States for hunting whitetails and hiking great trails.” Our documents and videos are from real hunts and real people utilizing public land to its fullest.
As hunters we need to respect and help private land owners that practice quality deer management. What these land owners do to their property and deer herds ultimately spills over into our public grounds. In return the majority of our hunting experiences are more successful and enjoyable. PLJoutdoors has and will continue to document, video, tweet and post on Facebook all of our hunts. It is our goal to get kids more involved in the outdoors and provide everyone with information to help plan, activate and celebrate a public land hunt of a lifetime. We want all Public Land Junkies to leave feedback because we here are just like you, looking for the next great hunt.
